This group of 22 wild caugt T.m "Kala island" were photographed in their home,
a 400 liter glass cube in Malmö, Sweden.

Tropheus Moorii "Kala Island"
Size :15 cm/6 inches PH : 8

Habitat : Rocky areas around Kala Island, southern parts of lake Tanganyika,
Africa. (endemic)

Temp : 25-28 c/78 f Mouthbrooder Food : Herbivoure. Shrimpmix, Spirulina flakes.
Tank : Should be kept in a group of at least 15 in a 90 gallon/350 liter
tank or bigger. Fine sand and no plants. Heavy filtration needed. Lots
of rockformations. Keep a steady routine. Rough changes in
diet or unregular waterchanges may cause "bloat".
